Challenge
The owner held several buildings of differing age and condition, with no reliable record of what had been repaired previously. Budgeting across the portfolio was guesswork.
Approach
We surveyed every roof, scored them by remaining life, and produced a ranked plan that separated urgent work from work that could safely wait a season. Restoration was recommended only where the substrate justified it.
Execution
Crews rotated through sites in the agreed priority order, with one point of contact across the programme. Each building was closed out with its own documentation before the next began.
