Challenge

The facility could not close, and staff worked directly beneath the work area. The roof was weathered but structurally sound, so a full tear-off would have created cost and disruption the building did not need.

Approach

We proved the deck and insulation were dry before recommending restoration, then built a phased plan around shift patterns, deliveries, and access points so no work zone ever sat above an active area.

Execution

Work moved in defined phases with protected access routes and daily site resets. Seam work and targeted repairs came first, followed by a reflective coating system applied in weather windows agreed with the facility manager.
