Challenge
The owner had been passed between a contractor and multiple subcontractors on previous work, leaving unclear responsibility when problems appeared. They wanted a single accountable party.
Approach
We took the scope on with our own crews and named the foreman and project manager responsible before work began, along with the reporting cadence the owner would receive.
Execution
Work was supervised directly every day it was live. Conditions found on the roof were photographed, priced, and agreed before proceeding, so nothing was resolved after the fact.
