Approach
We documented the roof in full, priced from measured conditions, and planned logistics before mobilizing, including crane placement, material drops, and a route that kept the tenant parking area clear.
Execution
A single crew carried the work end to end, so quality and safety stayed consistent. Progress was reviewed weekly against the plan, with any deviation raised before it affected cost or schedule.
